We have been using TestRay (Formerly SynapseRT) for over a year now without any major issues. It is a to-the-point tool that does what it needs to do: Test Management and QA. The interface integrates quite well with the overall JIRA workflow allowing for easy testing and reporting bugs. Another good benefit is the willingness of Go2Group to listen to the customer and implement features AND quickly fix issues that are found. Response of the customer support is quick and helpful as well. I would recommend this product for Requirement/Test management since the price-performance is hard to beat.
